You are going to love how this brand new Trex deck installation came out in Sudbury, Ma!
In this project we completely removed the existing pressure treated wood deck. We installed new concrete footings to support the new deck. We then proceeded to furnish and install pressure treated joists for the undercarriage framing. After the city inspection we then started laying the Trex decking floorboards and posts. We ensured that the floor was level and properly secured per manufacturers instructions and spacing specifications. After installing the railings we capped the tops and proceeded to install a PVC skirt to give this deck a more up to date finish that would match the house!
