In this project our client was in need of a brand new roofing system. This project was a bit of a challenge due to the roof pitch, however, our crew got the job done! This project required 150 bundles of Pro Landmark Certainteed Shingles in Moire Black. We completely stripped the old roof and changed a several rotted wooden boards to comply with the Certainteed installation guidelines. We then proceeded to install Ice & Water Shield and furnished the Roof Runner Deck Underlayment paper in areas that were not cover by the Ice & Water. We then installed the new roofing system per manufacturer’s specifications. Check out the results! Our client was very happy with the experience and final product.
