In this project our client wanted to turn their dead space in their attic into livable square footage. This project was a challenge because it required all trades but the C&K crew managed to get it done! We worked hand in hand with the architect who designed this beauty and adhered to all city codes and inspections and also to the client’s requests. We first started with all the framing and rough work to pass the first inspection. Then we proceeded to insulate and start the sheetrocking process. After the plaster had dried and settled we then proceeded to start tiling the floors and walk in shower. We then added the finishes such as the vanity, toilet, mirror and lighting. Our client was very happy with the results. It was a pleasure watching this project from start to finish!
